Placing an Order

To place an order, browse our website, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Your order constitutes an offer to buy, which we accept when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until acceptance, we may decline or cancel your order. You are obliged to pay for your order at the time of purchase.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Pivenor is not currently registered for VAT; no VAT is added to or collected on sales. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Delivery

We offer several delivery options, including Royal Mail - Free Shipping (3-5 Business Days) at £0.00 and DHL Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) at £6.99. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returns and Refunds
